One single officer intervening, from the amicable up to the legal proceedings

The judicial officer is a public officer and a ministerial officer appointed by the King at the end of a demanding and selective course (Bachelor/Master’s in Law, written and oral examination)

The judicial officer is subject to strict and mandatory rules, but also to exemplary sanctions in case of non-compliance
> guarantee of strict compliance with the applicable provisions.

Monopole and transparency

Solely a Judicial Officer can enforce a judicial decision and pursue recovery through judicial enforcement according to rates imposed by a Royal Decree
